It’s Time to Take Back Our Health: New Survey Shows Americans Are Ready for a Cleaner, Smarter Way to Live

At Vimergy, we’ve always believed in helping people feel better, think cleaner, and live longer- naturally. Now, a new national survey confirms what we've been hearing for years: Americans are fed up with the status quo and ready to take their health into their own hands.

According to new research* we commissioned through Talker Research, 1 in 4 gave the nation’s physical and mental health a failing grade. Perhaps even more telling, nearly 9 in 10 admit they have their own “bad” health habits they’re trying to break. The good news? Most are now prioritizing physical health and searching for trusted, clean solutions to feel their best—starting from the inside out.

A Growing Desire for Something More

Today’s health-conscious consumers are expressing skepticism about traditional systems and searching for products that support their body’s natural processes. Here’s what they told us:

  • Just 24% feel very satisfied with the current healthcare system.
  • Only 15% say they trust pharmaceutical companies “very much.”
  • 79% believe the current system thrives when people remain unwell.
  • 3X as many would rather try natural solutions first before turning to prescription medications.

More than three-quarters of those surveyed believe our healthcare system focuses on short-term solutions instead of nurturing long-term vitality. That belief is shaping how—and why—people are rethinking their wellness routines.

A Clean-Living Revolution

The survey also revealed the small, daily choices Americans are making to feel more energized, centered, and restored. These are the top actions they plan to take this year:

  • Drink more water (70%)
  • Move their body more often (70%)
  • Reduce stress (60%)
  • Improve sleep quality (58%)
  • Eat more whole foods and reduce processed foods (52%)

Even more telling, 54% of respondents say that consistently taking vitamins is one of the most meaningful ways they can support a cleaner lifestyle. Whether it’s supporting the body’s natural immune function, promoting cognitive clarity, or maintaining steady energy throughout the day—people are seeking gentle, effective support that complements a balanced diet and mindful lifestyle.

“This data reflects what we hear every day: people want products that help support immunity, energy, brain function and overall wellbeing at the root,” said Philip Jacobson, Chief Brand Officer at Vimergy. “They want timeless supplements that actually make a difference in how they feel. We’re proud to help people reclaim their health—one serving, one product, and one choice at a time.”

A Movement Toward Mindful Wellness

From reading labels to rethinking routines, people are becoming more intentional with what they allow into their bodies—and into their lives. That includes:

  • Being mindful of ingredient quality
  • Prioritizing trusted, simple formulas
  • Choosing products made without unnecessary additives, fillers, or flavoring agents

At Vimergy, we’re honored to be part of this shift. Our line is crafted with care- featuring ingredients that are clinically researched and products formulated to support the body’s natural processes with integrity.

This survey confirms what we’ve always believed: the clean living movement isn’t a trend- it’s a return to what matters most.
