MEET CHEF HARVEY
Chef Harvey Gonzalez is the creative force behind Christopher’s Kitchen’s vibrant, nourishing dishes. Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Harvey began cooking at age 7, inspired by his mother—“the best cook he’s ever met.” After moving to Miami at 15, he trained at Le Cordon Bleu and worked his way through top kitchens, eventually co-developing The New Renaissance of Italian Fusion Cuisine with Chef Gianfranco Chiarini.
In 2015, he embraced plant-based cooking as his life’s purpose, leading Green G Juice & Acai and refining his craft at Plant Miami under Chef Horacio Rivadero. He later cooked at Michelin-starred The Nix in NYC and served as Executive Sous Chef at The Public Hotel under Chef Jean-Georges—all while earning his Health Coach diploma.
Back in Florida, Harvey helped launch Hudson’s on the River before finding his true culinary home at Christopher’s Kitchen, where he brings nourishing, elevated plant-based food to the table every day. Now, he’s helping you do the same at home.
