I thought I was the only one...

First off I have to say that I love Vimergy and have been buying many of their supplements on a regular basis for years. I feel really bad giving a bad review for the VitC, but I noticed a huge difference in the more recent bottles I've purchased. I would say it started about 6 months ago, but the formula seems completely different. I brought this up with the company and they maintain that they haven't changed the formula and that taste can vary, but now that I see others have noticed I really think there is something off. They were very nice in their customer service on this issue but they maintain that nothing has changed. But from other reviews I now see I'm not alone in having noticed a difference. And is it true that there is corn in the formula? I purposely avoid corn so that would be a disappointment. I hope they can go back to the previous formula and not use corn if that's the case.

Vimergy continues to increase prices and it's become ridiculous. You can find just as good of quality supplements elsewhere that aren't so expensive. This Vitamin C used to be $48 and is now $56. That is absolutely crazy.

Unsatisfactory customer service

Customer service is so horrible. They lost my package that had the label they sent me and gave not returned my emails, call or my money which is $345.00. I sent 4 emails and called multiple times and was told a manager would get back to me. It’s been 10 days since I sent the unopened return back . I am so upset. I have been ordering hundreds of dollars of products a year and this is the first time I have tried to use customer supprt and service or followed the process for a return
