Incredible relief

I've been using this consistently for about 3-4 months now and it's been incredibly helpful for my chronic joint pain. Prior I only used it as needed when the pain was really bad, and even then it was still helpful. It can calm an intense joint pain flare within 15-20 minutes for me. Turmeric and MSM daily for 6 months never helped my joint pain unfortunately but nettle did the trick! I have Lupus, and I recently did functional bioresonance testing that indicated my histamine markers were way high. My practitioner thinks the antihistamine properties in the nettle may be why it's so helpful for my case.

I live in Georgia, and seasonal allergies knock me down. I have bad side effects from OTC allergy medication, but I have not experienced anything negative from taking Nettle (3 weeks so far). I have mild congestion first thing in the morning, and it's over within an hour or so. I can breathe and smell just fine and have been able to increase my time outside in the beautiful (but pollen-y) weather.

It seems to help make my migraines less severe. I drop 40 drops on my tongue twice a day or put the drops in a shot glass and drink it straight. Tastes ok. I take quercetin at the same time.
